We mount lights at the end of all of our set walls
with baby nail on plates and hog troughs (trombones) but after
taking them off and on a few times, the ends of the set walls get
torn up beyond repair. Is there a mount that can be quick
changed with out ruining the set wall.

The Bard Bone
The Bard Bone consists of 2 parts:1) a plate that mounts to
the end of the set walls with a 5/8" acme thread stud. The plate is
permanently screwed to the set walls. 2) A a right angle plate
with a hole that fits over the 5/8" stud and fasten with a 4 prong
handle that can be tightened by hand. The right angle plate
has a double rise telescoping trombone welded to it that telescopes
down 36". At the bottom of the hanger is a 12" extension welded at
90degree with a double baby pin right-angled to it, which allows
mounting of a light on top, bottom or both. Whenever needed the Bard
Bone can simply be changed from one set wall to another quickly and
easily in a matter of seconds. You wil never have to repair
you set walls again. The Bard Bone saves time and money.
Generally sold separately, buy as many wall plates as you need. |
Our stage uses multiple telescoping hangers from
different manufactures. 3/4" to 1 1/2" dia. tubing. No one
baby side arm will fit them all.

During award shows and other locations, we were trying
to mount lights high on columns where we couldn't have a stand in the
shot, without damaging our location facilities. .

Lighting Column Mounting Kit uses a 1" nylon ratchet strap and a
rubber protected column mount that will adjust to any size column,
square or round. Junior version coming soon for larger lights.
